• • Our Escrow Division is organized into two escrow teams that work together to help our agents and their clients.
  • We front client-based fees such as CC&Rs, HOA documents and city reports. This speeds up the processing times for sellers’ mandated disclosures and helps clients meet their contract disclosure time frames.
  • Clients’ documents that need to be returned to Escrow will be sent to the client with a large, self-addressed and stamped return envelope for their convenience.
  • Documents can be e-signed (electronic signature) for fast and secure processing.
  • Sellers are always welcome to come by the Escrow office to have their Grant Deed and/or Trust Certifications notarized at no charge.
  • We are in-house, so control is much easier, as is access to problem-solving.
