I RManaging a 1031 exchange is stressful, especially in a challenging low inventory market and during the Holidays. Dore and Geoff were able to not only find us one, but two rental properties. They understood exactly what we needed to financially make sense, fulfill our tax requirements, and found beautiful properties in great locations. They were in regular contact throughout the entire process, detail oriented, patient and understanding of our needs. The process was seamless, professional and exceeded our expectation. In turn, Dore rented the properties for us. With multiple applicants, she was able to help us sift through the applications and find the perfect tenants. We were especially amazed when Dore brought extra light bulbs to our walk through to make sure the property was in top condition for our new tenants.
