Dore and Geoff were nothing short of incredible throughout our home-buying journey! Dore was extraordinarily patient, insightful, and supportive during our search. She expertly navigated the process and took away so much stress (even the self-inflicted kind!). I was constantly impressed by her deep knowledge of every neighborhood, and she always weighed the pros and cons of each home against what mattered most to us.

Geoff was fantastic every step of the way; from inspection through closing. There wasn't a single moment where he didn't keep us fully updated and in the loop.

We very highly recommend Dore Baker.  We consulted with Dore during May and June 2026 while searching for rental home in the Conejo Valley.  There are so many positive words to accurately describe Dore – ethical, knowledgeable, astute, intuitive, and amiable to list just a few!

Dore shared her time generously with us and she also guided us as to neighborhood desirability, noise level and what one can expect of a landlord.  Dore was organized, efficient and timely once we decided to submit a rental application for a particular house.  And she was undaunted when our application was passed over in favor of another potential tenant. Managing a 1031 exchange is stressful, especially in a challenging low inventory market and during the Holidays. Dore and Geoff were able to not only find us one, but two rental properties. They understood exactly what we needed to financially make sense, fulfill our tax requirements, and found beautiful properties in great locations. They were in regular contact throughout the entire process, detail oriented, patient and understanding of our needs. The process was seamless, professional and exceeded our expectation. In turn, Dore rented the properties for us. With multiple applicants, she was able to help us sift through the applications and find the perfect tenants. We were especially amazed when Dore brought extra light bulbs to our walk through to make sure the property was in top condition for our new tenants. Dore and Geoff are a great team for buyers! I came in from out-of-state and relied on Dore to guide me to the best properties. She knew the areas well, organized viewings expertly, and provided excellent guidance and advise as we toured multiple subdivisions in multiple towns. She offered solid advise at offer time and we won out even though we weren't the highest bidder. Geoff provides great post-offer support and guides you through all of the numerous follow-up steps to make sure the final arrangements and closing process meets all expectations and clears all the hurdles. I’ve worked with Geoff & Dore on two occasions, and if I still lived in the area I would not hesitate to work with them again. The first time I met Dore (she was referred to me by a friend) I had just moved to Westlake Village on my own following the death of my husband. We instantly hit it off and she soon found the perfect house for me! It had great bones and I was able to do some updating before moving in. The house buying process with Dore and Geoff’s teamwork, experience, and professionalism (Geoff kept me on task with the necessary paperwork) was literally painless.
